Print and web projects can be complex and detailed. It’s just the nature of the beast! Because of this, I require that all of my clients approve and sign a Statement of Work before I begin my process. This will ensure that we’re both on the same page about your project’s requirements, and that there are no misunderstandings!

Your payment schedule and frequency will be dedicated by your needs, and will be outlined in the Statement of Work. Some clients prefer to cover project expenses all at once, while others require taking care of it in installments. Together we’ll find what works best for you.

Payment is due within one week after you’ve received a billing statement. Any payment that is over 15 days past due beyond that first week is subject to a $35 late fee.

Most importantly, I require that my clients keep me in the loop. I want to hear any questions or concerns that you may have. Good communication is the key to any successful relationship, and that is no less true of business relationships. No problem is too trivial! I’m only happy if my clients are happy.
